Refund policy
For all returns:
You must submit a video and photo of the item. As part of our returns service - in order to process a return, before being issued a free return ticket through a chosen carrier (Royal Mail, DPD, Evri etc) we require one photo and one video of the product.
This will help us process your return and instruct you on whether you are eligible, as some products may have been damaged or altered - and this is against our return rules. In order to save you time and money on returns - this is a necessary part of our returns policy.

Further requirements:
All returned products must; be in their original packaging, the product must not be altered or tampered with, the product must not be aesthetically or functionally damaged.
If the product was damaged on delivery please let us know as soon as possible.
Free Return Conditions:
We offer free returns on entire orders. Should you have multiple items in your order that you wish to return for free - you must send all items back at the same time. Failure to do so will not enable you to have free returns on all items. You will only receive a free return on the first item you send back.
When applying for a return - please apply for a return on all products you wish to return for free to avoid paying return shipping.
Once you have successfully made your return - the shipping fee will be reimbursed to you. Please make sure to keep a receipt of the return shipping fee. To ensure the safety of your return purchasing tracked shipping may help with the logistics of your return.
Return rules:
Masks (face masks, Halloween masks, Christmas masks etc) may not be returned or refunded if they have been used. Should you wish to return them, make sure they are not damaged, in their original packaging and have not been worn.
Perfume and sprays (eau de toilettes, eau de parfums, deodorant etc) may not be returned or refunded if they have been used. Should you wish to return them, make sure they are not damaged, in their original packaging and have not been used.
Returns:
We offer a 14 day return policy. From the date of receiving the product, the customer has 14 days to ask for a refund and begin a return. Return shipping is free unless specified.
From the day of requesting a return - the customer has 14 days to return the product.
Refunds will be paid no more than 14 days after receiving the product from the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once a successful return has been made back to our warehouses.
Once returned and processed - a full refund of the product cost will be made. Shipping costs are not refunded for items returned that are not faulty, or purchases that had free shipping.
Refunds of faulty items will include shipping fees as part of the refund, should there have been shipping costs paid for.
Refunds will be paid no more than 14 days after receiving the product from the customer.
